LEESIM Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse LEESIM, create an account, buy an eSIM, enable auto top-up, or use any related customer dashboard features.
1. The Service
LEESIM sells travel eSIM plans for compatible, unlocked devices. eSIM connectivity is provided through network operators and eSIM platform partners. Coverage, speed, availability, and device behavior can vary by destination, network, handset, local conditions, and provider policy.
2. Your Responsibilities
Before ordering, you are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM installation, is not carrier locked, and can use the network bands needed at your destination. You must provide an email address you control because receipts, login codes, and activation details are delivered by email or shown in your dashboard.
3. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Prices and plan details are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. After payment is confirmed, LEESIM attempts to provision your eSIM automatically and make activation details available in your dashboard. If provisioning fails after payment, LEESIM will attempt to refund the payment automatically or flag the order for support review.
4. Activation and Use
Your eSIM may include an activation deadline and a service duration. The activation deadline is the latest date by which the eSIM should be installed. The service duration is the number of days the plan is expected to remain valid after activation, unless the data allowance is depleted earlier or the provider applies a different lifecycle rule.
5. Refunds
Self-service refund requests are available within 30 days of purchase when the eSIM has not been installed or activated, has no recorded data usage, is still linked to a paid order, has not expired, and can be cancelled with the provider. Once the provider cancellation succeeds, LEESIM attempts to refund the original payment through Stripe.
Activated eSIMs, eSIMs with recorded data usage, expired eSIMs, and orders that have already been refunded or closed are not eligible for self-service refunds. These limits do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Auto Top-Up
If you enable auto top-up for an eligible eSIM, LEESIM may charge the saved payment method off-session when the next renewal is due. You can turn auto top-up off from the dashboard before the next renewal is processed.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with network operations, resell plans without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in ways that violate applicable law or provider terms.
8. Account Access
LEESIM uses email-based login codes. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for reviewing your dashboard before installing, activating, refunding, or renewing an eSIM.
9. Changes and Availability
LEESIM may update plan availability, pricing, these terms, and dashboard features from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a change is required immediately for legal, security, payment, or provider reasons.
