How do I install the eSIM?

After checkout, open your account and scan the QR code on the phone you want to use. If you are already on that phone, copy the manual setup details instead.

When does the plan start and expire?

Install the eSIM before the activate-before date shown in your account. The data period starts after activation on the supported network, then runs for the plan duration.

Can I use hotspot or tethering?

Hotspot support depends on the destination network, plan, and phone settings. The plan card shows the full-speed allowance and what happens after that allowance is used.

Will WhatsApp keep using my regular number?

Yes. WhatsApp usually keeps using your existing number over mobile data. You only need access to that number if WhatsApp asks you to verify it again.

Can I get a refund if plans change?

Refunds may be available before you install or activate the eSIM, while cancellation is still available. Start the refund from your account before the activate-before date passes.
