LEESIM Refund Policy
This policy explains when self-service refunds are available and how LEESIM handles eSIM cancellation before returning payment.
1. Self-Service Refund Window
You can request a self-service refund from your dashboard within 30 days of purchase when the eSIM has not been installed or activated, has not expired, and is still attached to a paid order.
2. Eligibility Requirements
A refund request is eligible only when the eSIM has an ICCID, has not been installed or activated, has no recorded data usage, has not expired, has not already had a refund requested, and the original payment can still be refunded automatically through Stripe.
Installed or activated eSIMs, eSIMs with recorded data usage, expired eSIMs, closed orders, already refunded orders, and orders outside the 30-day window are not eligible for self-service refunds.
3. Provider Cancellation Comes First
LEESIM must cancel the eSIM with the provider before issuing a self-service refund. If the provider cancellation fails, the eSIM remains available and no payment refund is issued automatically.
4. Payment Refunds
After provider cancellation succeeds, LEESIM attempts to refund the original payment through Stripe. Stripe and your card issuer may take several business days to show the refunded amount on your statement.
5. If Payment Refund Fails After Cancellation
If the provider cancellation succeeds but Stripe does not accept the refund, the eSIM is marked cancelled and the request is flagged for support review. In that case, contact support with the order email and eSIM details shown in your dashboard.
6. Provisioning Failures
If LEESIM cannot prepare your eSIM after payment, we attempt to refund the payment automatically. If the automatic refund cannot be completed, the order is flagged for manual support review.
7. Your Rights
This policy describes LEESIM's self-service refund flow. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
